How can I sign up for service?

The easiest way to sign up for service is on our website www.barkandbury.com. You can also give us a call at (630) 779-0392. Our email is barkandburyinfo@gmail.com.

We service Naperville, Aurora, Plainfield, Warrenville, Lisle, Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Woodridge, Oswego, West Chicago, Batavia, St. Charles, Winfield, Bartlett, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Villa Park, and Lombard. If you are not in one of these towns, email or text us at (630) 779-0392.

Let us know what town you are in and we will let you know if we can service your address.

The free first scoop promotion is applied on the first scoop with our service. This promotion is offered only with a subscription service of twice per week, once per week, or bi-weekly. A two-month service commitment is required to apply this promotion.

If we have been introduced to the dog(s) and they are friendly, we do not mind if they are in the yard. However, if your dog is known to be aggressive toward strangers or has a history of aggression, it must remain inside while we are servicing the yard.

On the scheduled day of service, if dogs are left in the yard while you are not home and we have not met them or they are known to be aggressive, we cannot provide services. The cleaning will then be skipped, and charges will still apply. This is for the safety of our technicians and your dog(s). We hope you understand!

No, if we have access to your yard you do not need to be home for our service.

Yes! We pride ourselves on providing a sanitary experience for all our clients. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our rake, bucket, and shoes after every yard with Kennel-grade professional disinfectant. This helps to prevent cross-contamination of possible diseases in dog poop – from yard to yard.

All invoicing is done through our secure client portal, Sweep&Go, where we accept debit and credit card payments. You do have to pre-pay for our service. If you sign up for a promotion, you will not be billed until the promotion is applied and we have checked all the information you have entered. If you sign up for a weekly poop scooping service after the initial cleaning, you will be pre-billed on the day that you start weekly services and then on that same calendar day each month afterwards. For all recurring/weekly services we require you to keep a debit or credit card on file for easy, secure, automatic monthly billing.

We service different areas throughout the week to maximize efficiency and keep our prices affordable. While we make every effort to meet specific scheduling preferences, please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate them.

Our scoopers work rain, snow, or shine. However, in the event there is severe weather such as extreme heat, flash flooding or lightening storms, we will either try our best to reschedule your service for another day in the week or skip that visit altogether and scoop double doody the following week on your designated service day. You will receive an email or text to notify you if we need to skip a service visit. If severe weather continues through the week, your service will resume on your next scheduled service date.

There are no contracts for residential customers. If you are one of our residental customers, you can cancel service at any time.

Yes! The winter is one of the most important times for our service. The slushy ground creates a condition where your pet tracks through the mess and brings it into your house. This is why many clients begin our service.

Once we complete scooping your yard, we double bag the poop sealing the bags tightly and placing them in your garbage to reduce the costs of paying to dump at a facility. If you prefer us to haul it away, we can do that upon request.
